Yes, 12 months. After that, you roll onto a monthly basis and can leave whenever you want with 30 days' notice.

You own your domain, your content, your images, and your brand. The site itself is built on our infrastructure, so if you leave, we'll hand over your content files and help you find a new home for it.

Yes. If you already own a domain, we'll connect it to your new website for free. If you do not have one yet, we can sort one for £25/year on top of your subscription.

Most previews are ready in a few days. Once you approve the direction and give us your content, we can usually have the final site live within a few working days.

Opening hours, photo swaps, small copy tweaks, a new team member, or similar updates that take under 30 minutes. Larger changes are quoted separately before we start.

We do the foundations: proper meta tags, sitemap, schema markup, image alt tags, and Google Search Console setup. Ongoing keyword campaigns, paid ads, and content marketing are not included.
